How to play
Every day at 01:00 Central European Time, one mystery place — a city, landmark or region — starts speaking to you in first person. Your job: figure out where on Earth you are talking to.
You start with 100 points
- 📜 Reveal clues — up to 5, from cryptic to obvious. Clue 1 is free; clues 2 and 3 cost 10 points each, clues 4 and 5 cost 15 each.
- ❓ Ask questions — up to 3 per day, 10 points each. The place answers in character, but it will never tell you its name.
- Guess — up to 6 free-text guesses; a wrong one costs 5 points. Local names, historical names and small typos all count.
Winning
Guess correctly and you keep your remaining points as your score, extend your streak, and get a spoiler-free emoji grid to share. Six wrong guesses (or giving up) ends the game and resets your streak. Everyone worldwide plays the same puzzle — come back tomorrow for the next one.
Game modes
Besides the daily puzzle there are four practice modes, reachable from the bar under the title.
- Countries, Capitals, Landmarks — the same puzzle restricted to one category, playable as often as you like. Clues and guesses only, no questions. Each mode keeps its own statistics and never touches your daily streak.
- Flags — ten flags per round, up to three attempts each with hints on continent and capital. Three, two or one point per flag depending on the attempt; thirty is a perfect round.
